Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

SHIPPING TIMES (FREE TRACKED SHIPPING)
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 7-12 business days
- International: 10-15 business days

We ship from US and EU warehouses for faster delivery than traditional dropship suppliers. Tracking information is provided for every order.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order ships, the address cannot be changed. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

If you notice an address error, email support.sculptedbyria@gmail.com within 6 hours of ordering. We will attempt to update the address before shipment but cannot guarantee changes once supplier processing has begun.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please:
- Check with neighbors and your building's package room
- Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely)
- Contact support.sculptedbyria@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date

We will assist with carrier claims but are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
