We stand behind our physical products with a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unused items in original condition.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS — ALL SALES FINAL
Digital downloads, ebooks, and online programs — including the Women's Glute & Body Recomp Program — are NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You receive immediate access to the product upon payment
- Digital files cannot be returned
- All sales of digital products are final

Exception: if you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase (broken download link, corrupted file), email support.sculptedbyria@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll resolve the issue or provide a replacement file at no cost.

ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND (Physical Products Only)
- Item arrived defective or damaged (photo proof required within 7 days of delivery)
- Item not as described
- Order canceled within 6 hours of placement (before shipment)
- Item returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
- Address provided by customer was incorrect
- Customer changed mind after item shipped (customer pays return shipping)
- Item used or not in original packaging
- Refund requests filed more than 30 days after delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse
- All digital products and ebooks (see Digital Products section above)

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email support.sculptedbyria@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for refund
- Photos (if item arrived defective or damaged)

We respond within 24 hours and provide return instructions if applicable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or was sent in error.

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item (or immediately upon approval for non-return refunds, e.g., defective items where return is not required).
